Our summer competitive high school boys program will June 1st through July 20th. This program is designed to teach all athletes the technical and tactical water polo skills needed to compete at the highest level of play. Athletes in this program will compete in both regional and national-level tournaments, including National Jr. Olympics. This program is highly competitive and challenging. Please note, California Republic Water Polo Club will remain in compliance with all county and facility rules and guidelines as their pertain to the health and safety of our athletes and coaches.

Practice Times and Location (tentative)

Due to current COVID restrictions, practices times and locations are still TBA. We plan to train 3-4 days per week and participate in several tournaments & scrimmages. Based on participation numbers, athletes will be split into two different training groups to promote the best possible practice environment for all athletes. More information to come as we announce practice times and locations. Practices will likely be held a multiple locations.

Tournament Dates and Locations (tentative)

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, all water polo scrimmages, games, and tournaments are still tentative. Here are the proposed tournaments as of now..

June 4-6 – Open-water tournament (local)
June 11/12/13 – Local tournament
June 18-20 – Jr. Olympic Qualifying Tournament (Clovis, CA)
July 17-20 – Jr. Olympics (Orange County, CA)

Summer Program Cost & Payment

Our program fee is reflective of the operational costs associated with running a competitive water polo program (pool rental, coaches’ wages, equipment, admin fees, etc.).  The Summer Competitive Program fee is TBA. Payment can be made in two ways: online or check. To pay online using a credit/debit card, simply fill out the registration form below and select the appropriate “payment option” at the bottom of the form before clicking submit (you’ll be re-directed to a new page). To pay via check, simply bring a check to any practice and give to the lead coach (payable to California Republic WPC). USA Water Polo Membership

All participants must be registered as a “Gold” member with USA Water Polo for the 2021 calendar year and affiliated with California Republic SC (#26152). Athletes who wish to participate in Jr. Olympics must also go through the USAWP age verification process. Go to USA Water Polo for more information.
