Competitive Youth Polo 12U/14U (Summer)

Our Summer Competitive Water Polo Program runs June 1 through July 20/25. This program is designed to teach all athletes, intermediate to advanced, the technical and tactical water polo skills needed to compete at the highest level of play. Athletes will learn the individual fundamentals of mobility, passing, shooting, and defending. Athletes will also learn the tactical water polo strategies of front-court offense and defense, transition/counter-attack, 6v5 and 5v6. Goalkeepers will learn fundamental movements in the goal and how to defend specific tactical situations. Athletes will compete in regional and national-level tournaments, including Jr. Olympics.

All participants must be registered as a “Gold” member with USA Water Polo for the 2021 calendar year and affiliated with California Republic SC (#26152). Athletes who wish to participate in Jr. Olympics must also go through the USAWP age verification process. Go to USA Water Polo for more information.
